It's Day two of my challenge, and so far I'm doing pretty well. I attended all lectures, then came home, worked out, showered, ate, and now I'm heading back to campus to study at the library. But Im pretty sure my lack of sleep is gonna catch up with me in due time (only got about 5 hrs). Hopefully the readings I have to do for Poly Sci on Marx and Weber don't put me fast to sleep. ;-)

Wow. I can’t believe my brother got me sucked into this. He’s a crazy networker! Anyway, I thought what better way to start a blog than it to be on the 1st of the month. So this is a great way to document my eating habits, workout schedule, and the other stresses in my life. :-) Because I am starting to realize I’m fat and I need to get back into the whole workout routine thing. You know what they say “the better looking you are, the more successful you can be.” haha. But yes, not just that, it’ll also make me more content with myself. I figure if I make it a daily ritual to write on this blog about what I ate and what I’m doing to lose weight, I would be more consistent with keeping my promises. This is definietly going be a challenge/obstacle/battle, but I will conquer it. So, be ready.

Food:

Finished Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta from Cheesecake Factory

Two Pieces of bread (Cheesecake Factory)

1 Small bag of Ruffles with Sour Cream

Bottle of Water

Glass of Milk
