Summer !
Well Let me start again with this…a FRESH start…Well Im home for the summer..feels good to do absolutely nothing..haha
So I realized that I might as well start up with my blog again since I will have time to do some entries here and there. Also, hopefully this would be a great way for me to keep in touch with mollika since this summer we are both planning on working out hardcore and eating right so we can start our junior year looking spiffy. hah.
So I woke up around 1030am…
Breakfast–> two slices of wheat bread w/peanut butter and 1 bannana w/ glass of 2% milk
Lunch–> white rice w/daal, mixed vegetables, and yogurt.
Evening snack–> salad w/pieces of chicken
Dinner–> rice w/daal and yogurt.
Since I cant workout because of my foot for a couple of weeks…I need to closely watch what I eat. I am aiming to lose about 12 pounds minimum. My weight on the home scale as of today is 139 ! eeks ! My lowest weight was 124, which is when dad freaked out. So I cannot go back there. So I hope to reach 127 this summer ! I HAVE to do it. My summer challenge.

If you don’t do this know; who knows when you will get the chance again. This is an excellent opportunity for that. Although this weekend might mess up your ‘diet’ a little bit. Be ready for that
